Is this a post-card? Or some type of travel doc from back then? Just curious… very cool.

Current paperwork shows that the mid-block location of the Pago-Pago on Stark will become the entrance to an underground parking garage for buildings on that block. America’s most beautiful tropical room has become a boring drive-through corridor. All I can say is: “Crap!”
